Surrey County Council Short Breaks survey
Surrey County Council is keen to understand how our Short Breaks services meet the needs of children, young people and families, and identify how we can make these services better.
We have this week launched a new survey for families of children and young people who are accessing Short Breaks services and would like to encourage as many families as possible to respond and share their views.
This survey builds on the similar survey we undertook at the end of 2020, and if you responded to that survey we would still like to hear your views now, especially as more services have now reopened.
The insights from these and future surveys and consultations will collectively add to and update our understanding of families' experiences of Short Breaks, and inform the development of these services.
Although this is an anonymous survey, we would like to build up a group of parents and carers who would be willing to work with us on an ongoing journey to develop our Short Breaks services. At the end of the survey there is an opportunity to add your contact details so we can contact you (without obligation) about further consultation.
The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
