Children’s Community Health Service: Engaging on Transformation Proposals

Surrey Heartlands CCG, Surrey County Council, and a number of NHS providers currently deliver Children’s Community Health Services across Surrey. We are currently reviewing how these services are delivered as we seek to design services that are fit for the future and ensure the child is at their centre. You can find a summary of our aims, attached.

We would like to hear from parent carers who have accessed these Community Health Services and are happy to feedback verbally in a Round Table engagement event in April. These sessions will bring together professionals and parent carers and will be very informal and friendly. The events will be accessed via Teams.

The events have been divided into School Age, Complex Needs, and Early Years. The dates and times are as follows:

School Age Round Table

Tuesday 20 April 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Complex Needs Round Table

Thurs 22 April 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Early Years Round Table

Monday 19 April 10.30am to 12.00pm

If you would like to attend any of the above events or have any further questions please email Claire on claire.l@familyvoicesurrey.org or call 07818 050612.
