Have your say: your recent experiences of Surrey SEND services
Our annual satisfaction survey, asking for the experiences of parent carers in Surrey of local SEND services, is now open for 2017. Here are four reasons why taking the survey will be 10 minutes well spent:
1. Evidence from this survey helps us push for changes with the local authority. 2. This is the fourth year we have run this survey. This means we can see, year on year, whether the changes the local authority is making are making a difference to you and your family. 3. Evidence from this survey will particularly help us to see whether there has been a change in people's experiences a year on from the Ofsted/CQC inspection 4. The survey is also your chance to tell us whether you think we are doing a good job, or not, and what you'd like us to do differently. Family Voice Surrey is your forum, and you can help us to be more effective.
PLUS if you complete the survey before 5pm on Monday 4th December, you’ll be entered into a prize draw, where the winner will receive a £50 M&S voucher. Could be handy before Christmas!
You can take the survey online, or call us on 01372 705708 and ask for a paper copy to be sent to you.
